The Gerlitzen Summit House (Gerlitzen Gipfelhaus) can only be reached by car via the toll road from Arriach. Navigation services may sometimes incorrectly suggest alternative routes.

By Cable Car: Take the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn cable car, followed by the Moserbahn and Pöllingerbahn lifts, to the Pöllingerhütte mountain hut. From there, it is approximately a 40-minute walk (250 meters of elevation gain) to the Gerlitzen summit. Please note the operating hours of the cable cars. Current schedules are available from the Gerlitzen Alpe mountain railway operators.
